Patrick does not sell his list of newsletter subscriber names, email addresses, or any other information about his list of subscribers or his customer list from those who have purchased his training products. Patrick's can tailor his presentation to fit your specific time criteria. His presentations are appropriate for conference keynotes or breakout sessions, or in-house staff training. Ideal time allotted for keynote addresses is one hour, but Patrick also offers 3, 4, and 8 hour sessions for auditors and accounting professionals. Patrick has presented for groups of all sizes, from small group executive meetings to global conferences with over 5,000 attendees. Some groups have Patrick repeat a session so more people can attend, with groups split between morning and afternoon sessions. Back to Top How does Patrick handle travel arrangements? Once a speaking date is confirmed, we will contact other clients in nearby cities to attempt scheduling of other appearances and workshops. All airfare will be pro-rated between clients when possible. We work with clients to determine ground transportation and hotel arrangements. We greatly appreciate your assistance in finding other organizations in your area that would benefit from Patrick's programs. Back to Top What costs are involved in travel arrangements? Patrick's travel expenses include roundtrip coach airfare from San Diego Lindbergh International Airport (Airfare will be prorated when the itinerary involves multiple clients), lodging, ground transportation, airport parking and $40 per diem allowance for meals. Patrick bills the client following the engagement for these expenses. Hotel arrangements are to be secured and directly billed to the client whenever possible. Some organizations choose to host the event and invite other agencies or departments to attend and either pay a per person admission fee or ask other departments to share the investment.
Back to TopProvide names of other agencies in the area that might be interested while Patrick is in the area and then they can share travel expenses with you. Find a sponsor who would be willing to pay the speaking fee or cover travel expenses for the opportunity to introduce Patrick and say something about their services to a focused audience. In this case, Patrick will also put their logo in his handout. Their logo and information can go in the flyer and we will put their link on Patrick's web site for the sponsorship. Patrick can work directly with the sponsoring organization to make this work. Does Patrick ever speak for free? Patrick is frequently asked to donate his services and will do on a limited basis.
